At Baja Vision Ministries, leadership begins with service.
We believe our responsibility is not to build recognition for ourselves, but to faithfully steward the opportunities God places before us.
Rooted in
Serving first, and giving the glory to God.
Answering for every gift of time, resources, and trust.
Working hand in hand with churches and partners.
A commitment to being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in Tijuana.
Seyr grew up alongside the ministry founded by his father in 1995.
After years of serving in home construction, community outreach, and children’s ministry, he embraced the responsibility of continuing his father’s vision.
Today, he leads Baja Vision with a desire to strengthen its established mission, develop meaningful relationships with churches and partners, and expand opportunities to serve vulnerable children and families.
Seyr believes the ministry must never lose sight of its foundation: Jesus Christ.
Churches, mission teams, volunteers, donors, and ministry partners have helped sustain its work throughout the years.
Together, they form a community of people who believe that serving others is an expression of their faith.
We remain accountable to those who entrust us with their time, resources, and support.
Faithful in what we say and in what we do.
Open and honest with every partner and supporter.
Good stewards of every gift of time, resources, and support.
