In 1995, Baja Vision Ministries was founded in Tijuana, Mexico, with a simple but powerful conviction.
Our founder understood the pain of growing up without the security of a loving home.
Having experienced hardship and life on the streets as a child, he knew firsthand how deeply the absence of love, stability, and guidance could affect a person’s future.
But God transformed his story into a calling.
With faith and the support of churches, organizations, and compassionate individuals, a ministry was established to reach vulnerable children and families in Tijuana.
The journey began with a children’s home serving children from one of the city’s most vulnerable communities.
Baja Vision began building homes for families living in difficult conditions.
The ministry began distributing food and medical supplies to families who needed them most.
Baja Vision came alongside other organizations serving children, women, seniors, and individuals in recovery.
Over the years, the ministry has grown through the faithful participation of churches, mission teams, and volunteers from the United States and around the world.
Baja Vision continues building homes and supporting communities while preparing for Casa Hogar, a Christ-centered children’s home.
Made possible by churches, mission teams, and volunteers who said yes to serving alongside Tijuana families.
Today, Baja Vision continues building homes and supporting communities while preparing for a new chapter: Casa Hogar.
A Christ-centered children’s home designed to provide safety, belonging, restoration, education, and opportunities for a brighter future.
Our mission has never been simply about constructing buildings.
It has always been about restoring hope, sharing the love of Christ, and helping people discover that their story is not over.
What God began in 1995 continues today through every family served, every volunteer who answers the call, and every child given the opportunity to imagine a different future.
